Dear Friends,

The weather’s almost warm enough to get back out on Lake Michigan, right? We are eagerly anticipating this coming boating season! We have a tremendous slate of activities planned, all designed to introduce new Chicagoland kids to boating. Check out Francesca’s article about our plans in this edition of the Beacon. We are also excited to share news about the Foundation’s new InSPIRE scholarship program, which will offer college and trade school scholarships to kids who have been part of Foundation programs over the years. Check out Megan’s inspiring profile of this amazing new opportunity!
