PALS Annual Cruise
In partnership with CYC’s Cruising Sail Fleet and the PALS organization, the Foundation sponsors this dinner and a sail for a dozen PALS members, followed by watching Wednesday fireworks from the Monroe Station patio. PALS’ mission is to create inclusive camp experiences for people with and without Down syndrome.
SOS Children’s Villages Annual Cruise
In partnership with the Chicago Yacht Club’s Cruising Sail Fleet, the Foundation offers more than 30 SOS Illinois Children’s Villages kids and their foster parents the opportunity to visit the Club for an educational program and lakefront cruise.
Union League Boys and Girls Clubs Annual Cruise
For more than 100 years, Union League Boys and Girls Clubs have been serving the after-school development needs of Chicago’s youth. The Foundation, in partnership with the Chicago Yacht Club’s Power Fleet, offers a lakefront cruise to more than 60 kids from the Clubs.
